Franklin Park Apartments is arguably the best kept secret in Columbus with it's reasonably priced apartments, pet friendly, amazing happening location, and home to 83 Gallery art shows and art studios on the first floor.

83 Gallery is an art gallery which hosts monthly shows at Franklin Park Apartments, and rents private art studios in the gallery space as well.  Bundle pricing is available for renting an apartment and an art studio.

 which also has endless programming, and halfway between Olde Town East and Bexley.
